We ship to Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail, which is an untracked service with a delivery aim of 3-5 days to European countries and 5-7 days to the rest of the world. Please note these are only delivery aims - parcels can be subject to delays for example whilst passing through customs.
Very large and heavy items over 2kg (eg hat boxes) are usually too expensive to ship internationally, but please do contact us for a quote. We reserve the right to split a large order if it is more economical to do so, and to cancel an order if the cost of shipping is prohibitive.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Pink Fizz Gifts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Cancellations and Non-Faulty Returns
You have the right to cancel your order and return it. We will refund the cost of your goods and the basic delivery price. We will not refund the additional cost of any enhanced shipping selected. You must pay for the cost of returning your goods.
If you need to return a product purchased from Pink Fizz Gifts then you have 28 days to do so. The returned goods must be in a saleable state. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or is damaged in transit you will be offered a full refund or replacement (subject to availability). If we require you to return the faulty item we will reimburse your return postage costs.

Pink Fizz Gifts shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
